This effect uses two different colors for the borders of the nav buttons. A light gray for left and top, and a dark gray for the right and bottom on the initial link state. Then swap the colors for the hover to get the roll over effect of a button being pushed.
The background-image on the initial links is a half screen image with the white squares made transparent while the blue ones are visible. The background-image on the hover is reversed so that the blue squares are transparent and the white ones visible.
The LVS logo is a background image placed in the top right corner of the navcontainer div.
